Shipping policy
All deliveries would be attempted at least once, from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you. As each product is carefully personalised your way, it will take approximately 1 - 3 working days for order processing and personalisation. Subsequently, it will require an additional 1 - 3 working days for delivery.
Customers are highly recommended to opt for NinjaVan as tracking services are provided. Kastemize will not be liable for any lost mail due to the usage of normal mail services.
Please note that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Singapore. We do our best in ensuring quick and smooth deliveries internationally. However, we cannot be responsible for any delays and extra fees which may be applied by customs and duty offices of the recipient’s country.
Customers are responsible for checking their own mailing address. In any event where delivery is unsuccessful due to lack of information or inaccurate address, customers are liable for the re-delivery charges. Kastemize will not be responsible for any value lost due to customers' negligence/failure to check for accuracy.
