1. Will Kastemize continue shipping to all countries and territories?


During this tough time, some couriers and post offices have suspended and temporarily lock all the receiving ends due to this out break. Due to these circumstances, Kastemize will only ship to countries or territories that still offer delivery arrangements.

 

2. Will my shipments experience delays?

According to Kastemize's shipping data from the first few weeks of March 2020, local express shipments may be delayed an average of 1 to 3 business days. Express and standard shipments to most countries or regions may experience delays averaging a week or two. We are currently working with couriers to find a way to deliver shipments in a timelier manner. As the situation changes, we will provide updates here.

3. What steps does Kastemize take to ensure my order is safe?

Kastemize takes multiple steps to ensure the safety of its products and shipments. Disinfectant spray is applied to all shipments received at our warehouses, which undergo frequent disinfection and sanitizing daily by our cleaning staff. Employees who handle products and shipments undergo daily temperature checks, and are required to wear surgical masks at all times.

4. Can I catch COVID-19 from a package that is shipped to me?

The World Health Organization (WHO) asserts that the risk of catching COVID-19 from a shipped package is low. Coronaviruses primarily spread through close person-to-person contact, and should not survive in external environments for very long. Furthermore, there are no recorded cases thus far of COVID-19 being spread through mail or courier services.
